From the 7TH. of JULY  we have relocated to the Costessey Centre in Longwater Lane on the recreation ground opposite the surgery. Our meetings are still held on the first Wednesday of each month but now from 10 -00 until 13 - 00.

All it costs to attend is £1-50, this includes refreshments, in an  informal atmosphere and  is completely confidential.   We offer and opportunity to meet and talk to others who have experienced feelings and situations possibly similar to your own or can relate to your problems.    We have varied and interesting speakers. We also have a Summer Lunch and a Christmas Lunch which is free to members and normally at The Bawburgh Golf Club. Early summer we offer a heavily subsidised holiday break for both Carer and Cared For.

You are welcome to join us, our numbers have already grown significantly in 2009 but more importantly the new members have returned in the following month which proves that we must be doing what they are looking for!
